Royal Caribbean periodically offers sales on pre-purchased packages for drinks, Wi-Fi and other onboard spending items. These deals can offer significant savings over buying the same packages after boarding a ship. The sales typically don’t last long, though. So, when they appear, it’s good to jump on them.
To take advantage of the Halloween Sale, log into your account at the Royal Caribbean website and look at the “cruise planners” section. You can purchase pre-cruise packages there.

The sale on pre-purchased packages comes as Royal Caribbean, and other lines, are also heavily discounting last-minute cabin inventory for soon-to-depart fall sailings. Royal Caribbean, in recent days, has been offering some shortfall cruises for less than $100. Rival Carnival Cruise Line has been selling some voyages for as little as $26 a day.
Recently, MSC Cruises has also slashed rates on soon-to-depart sailings to less than $30 a day.
The low rates for fall cruises come as cruise companies struggle more than land resorts to return to normal occupancy levels in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
